At ARQS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
